Kooloora Village

100 Boundary Road North Epping

“Kooloora Village” (which means “peace and tranquility”) is located at 100 Boundary Road, North Epping, a delightful northern suburb of Sydney. It overlooks a large national reserve, is quiet and restful, away from the rush and bustle of traffic.  You can hear the birds and wildlife, specially towards evening. It is also accessible from Norfolk Road, being centred between the two streets.

It consists of thirty self care independent living units.  There is on site management 24/7, with emergency call buttons.  A “Community Centre” is available, where residents may enjoy a variety of entertainment, BBQs, and other activities.

It is 130 m from North Epping Public School, there is a friendly bowling club within a five minute walk.  All external duties, gardening, lawn mowing are carried out by resident caretakers.  Epping is a popular well established upper middle class suburb.

There is plenty of shopping there, plus bus and rail links to Sydney, and shortly to Chatswood with the new rail link.  Medi Aid has a close link with Epping R.S.L. Club (and can organise your membership), a five star club which consistently wins awards for excellence.  Churches nearby, and a local GP is readily available.
